Contract:

​

1. Payments can be made via cash, cheque to Hide Your Ride Boat and RV, or E-Transfer tohideyourrideboatandrv@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE: All prices are subject to G.S.T. Payments must be provided prior to code entry provision by owner.

2. Payments to accounts are due prior to the provision of services. Late charges will be incurred on a 5 business day cycle, with $10 per cycle. After $50 worth accumulation of expenses, the owner reserve the right to have the vehicle removed from the property. NSF charges due to invalid cheques or e-transfers will be subject to a $25 service fee.

3. Hide Your Ride carries liability insurance however, property insurance of your vehicle and its contents are the responsibility of the owner. Please ensure you have the appropriate insurance on your vehicle and its contents. Renter agrees to obtain and maintain current insurance of at least 100% of the actual cash value or their goods stored on the premises covering all loss and/or damage caused by fire, water, theft, vandalism, or any other risk of any kind or nature. Renter acknowledges the risk and accepts such loss to be the sole responsibility of the renter.

4. Renter agrees to notify Hide Your Ride at least 2 weeks in advance of intention to not renew lease on annual terms, and at least 2 business days on monthly terms. Failure to do so will result in renter’s liability to renew another contract of identical period to the previous term.

5. Regular business hours are from 6 AM – 11 PM, daily. Access into site after regular business hours will only be permitted with advance permission from owner. For seasonal operations, access to site during off season must be provided 1 week in advance in order to properly accommodate snow removal services.

6. Seasonal access dates are from April 15TH to November 15th. Access outside of regular summer season is limited and entry is based on a reservation with a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice. Snow removal will only be completed upon request. 

7. Owner is not held liable to any damages to property of renter, theft or vandalism.

8. Marker posts indicating stall numbers that have been damaged or hit by RVs are subject to a $25 repair fee.

9. Renter agrees to not make any modifications or alterations to site and agrees to keep their site sanitary, clean and in good working order.

10. Renter agrees to not conduct any business that involved chemicals, oils, lubricants, or adhesives. This includes washing their RV and conducting oil changes.

11. Owner will accept no responsibility in the event of power outages, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the owner.

12. Renter is not allowed to store any materials inside of their vehicle or RV that may be deemed hazardous to the facility, its owners, or its patrons. This prohibition shall specifically prohibit explosives, combustible materials, chemicals, or odorous materials that are inherently dangerous.

13. Owner may consider any personal property not under valid contract and in violation of storage rules and regulations which has been left on the premises to have been abandoned, in which case, the owner may dispose of all such property, according to the Alberta Civil Code, including the sale, storage and other disposition thereof, in which releases the owner of any liability whatsoever.

14. All of the previsions hereof shall apply to, bind, and be obligatory upon the heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and successors+ of the parties hereto.

15. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT and I am aware that by signing this agreement, I am WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS against Hide Your Ride Boat and RV Storage.
